Greetings unsensored09 exhibitors!

No doubt you have all been agonising over which image(s) to exhibit at this year’s show. Well it’s time to make up your mind as there are only a few weeks before show time, and printing and framing always take longer than we seem to think is reasonable.

Please use the form below to let your u09 organising committee know the details of the image you have chosen plus some details about yourself.

At this year’s exhibition we will be displaying a small (A5) card along side your images giving viewers more information about you and the equipment and techniques used to shoot, develop and print the work. We found that at last year’s show many people were confused or didn’t get as much out of the show as they could have due to a lack of technical information about each shot. Hopefully this will rectify that and may even help with sales.

The form asks you to give us your contact details for inclusion in the exhibition price list, you can give as much or as little contact information as you wish.  Mobile phone number, email address, website, any combination of the above or nothing at all are all examples.

The form also gives you the ability to link to or upload a low resolution and high resolution file of your exhibition image(s). If you already have a high resolution image on your own web space or flickr, please feel free to link to it by entering the complete URL to that image in the space provided.

We want the high res images for inclusion in the press release and for other printed promotional material. The Melbourne Silver Mine will not use these images for any other purpose, but once again giving us a high resolution image is optional – if you do not wish to have your image used in press or promos then feel free to skip that section. If you don’t have a high res version already online don’t worry we will ask you for a copy if we decided to use it for some of the exhibition promo material.

For those exhibiting more than 1 image in their space please upload a single file showing all of your images as they will appear within your 80cm x 100cm wall space.
