support us

There are a number of ways you can support the Melbourne Silver Mine.

Simply, shoot with film, no matter what the camera, dust off that old SLR in the cupboard and load it up with some film and shoot. If digital photography has rekindled your interest in the artform, film cameras will help you get more enjoyment out of photography.

Come along to an MSM event – we regularly meet up for photographic adventures in the city and beyond. Keep your eyes peeled here or on our facebook page.

Join us in the Melbourne Silver Mine flickr group, post your pics to the pool, and participate in the group discussions.

if you are able to contribute financially, becoming a member of the Silver Mine is a great idea. This will enable you to participate in our group projects, social functions and other events.

If you have some analogue photographic gear; cameras, darkroom equipment, slide projectors that you no longer need, we are happy to accept them as donations and use them to produce work, or to help a photographer discover the beauty of analogue photography.

We are also looking for ongoing and special event sponsors, if your organisation is interested in sponsoring or supporting our group please drop us a line.

Cash donations can be made online via PayPal

Melbourne Silver Mine T Shirts are also available for purchase

Membership of BH affiliate program

The Melbourne Silver Mine is a member of the BH Photovideo affiliate program.

This means that if you purchase from BH via the links on our website the MSM receives a small financial benefit. Using these links does not change the price of items you purchase and any financial benefit the mine derives will be used to purchase prizes or equipment for MSM events and competitions.

Thank you for your interest and support.
